This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using ShipBio. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Examples below are illustrative, not exhaustive.

1. Illegal and harmful activity

You may not use ShipBio to promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activity or to publish content that creates a credible risk of harm. This includes content or activity involving exploitation of children, human trafficking, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, or instructions primarily intended to enable serious wrongdoing.

2. Abuse and harassment

You may not use ShipBio to harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or target people with abuse; publish highly sensitive personal information without authorization; or coordinate harmful conduct against a person or protected group.

3. Intellectual property and impersonation

You may not infringe intellectual property or other proprietary rights, impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive way, falsely suggest affiliation or endorsement, or use domains and branding to facilitate fraud.

4. Spam and deceptive practices

You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, collect addresses without appropriate notice or consent, operate phishing pages, mislead visitors about the purpose of a site, manipulate engagement, or distribute fraudulent offers. Newsletter features must include truthful sender information and comply with applicable marketing laws.

5. Malware and security abuse

You may not distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful downloads; probe or exploit vulnerabilities without permission; bypass access or rate controls; interfere with another user; access accounts or data without authorization; or use ShipBio as command-and-control, payload, or redirect infrastructure.

6. Platform and resource abuse

You may not place unreasonable load on ShipBio, automate account creation, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, resell access without authorization, evade plan limits, or use the service primarily for file hosting, redirects, or traffic laundering unrelated to a genuine website.

7. Regulated and high-risk activity

You may not use ShipBio to facilitate transactions or services that are illegal in the relevant jurisdiction. Content involving regulated goods, financial services, healthcare, gambling, or other high-risk fields must comply with all applicable licensing, disclosure, and consumer-protection requirements.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, disable a domain, limit functionality, suspend an account, or terminate service. We consider context, severity, history, and risk when responding. Urgent or severe threats may be reported to relevant authorities. Where appropriate, we may offer an opportunity to appeal or correct a violation.

9. Reporting violations

To report suspected abuse, email abuse@shipbio.co with the relevant URL and a clear description. Do not include sensitive personal information unless necessary for the report.
